Day 2

Running Progress:

• Did some stationary drills at home! (MARDI U NEED TO WRITE IT DOWN LA)
• 5 rounds in 15 minutes
• Jogged slightly faster! Yay!

Food Progress:

• Breakfast: Yong Tau Foo
• Post Run: Grapes!
• Snack: Wholemeal bread spread with peanut butter! (1X)
• Dinner: Wendy’s Ceasar Salad (super late)

Day 01

Bismillahirahmanirahim! 22nd May is my Graduation Day and from today onwards, I have exactly 30 days to make a difference on myself, InsyaAllah! I’ve always wanted to be fit and healthy, so why not make 22nd May a goal date! Here’s to the first day! Alhamdulillah!

Running Progress:

• Aimed to clear 10 rounds around the park which was about 3km
• Jogged really really slowly for the first 5/6 rounds
• Covered the next 5 rounds while walking at a fast speed
• Really not sure if this App is reliable, haha

Food Progress:

• Breakfast: 2 wholemeal bread, spread with peanut butter & sweet potato with cinnamon
• Snack: Mango, Pear, Pineapple
• Dinner: Sliced fish soup & leftover carrot cake & 2 mangoes (yang kat seed dia jer)!
